The Challenge

Binh Minh Textile operates a large, single‑story weaving factory (4,500 m²) with over 200 looms. The looms generate significant heat, and the factory’s natural ventilation was inadequate. During the hot season (March–May), indoor temperatures reached 42–45°C (108–113°F), with high humidity and poor air circulation.

The consequences:
